The Xiaomi Mi4i was launched this year in April and became a sizzling sensation amongst its users. The phone features amazing specs and a beautiful display at a nominal price point which catches everybody’s attention. “Affordable Flagship” as the company calls it, the phone serves as the best contender in the smartphone market. 
The Xiaomi Mi4i features 5.0 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, thus making it to have bright and vibrant colors. The Sunlight Display provided adjusts the screen brightness accordingly in the sunlight, which makes it very easy to be used under bright sunlight. The Xiaomi Mi4i is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 Chipset having Quad-Core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-Core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A53 processors, making a total of 8 cores. The Octa-core processor is very powerful, while backed with 2GB of RAM the phone performs seamlessly. The phone runs on Android OS version 5.0.2 (Lollipop) with Xiaomi’s MIUI 6 interface, that allows for a lot of customization options to its users. The phone comes in 16GB and 32GB model, while the memory cannot be expanded by its users as no MicroSD card slot is provided in the phone. The primary camera provided is of 13MP that provides 4128 x 3096 pixels and assisted by a dual LED flashlight, while the secondary camera of 5MP is provided that takes amazing selfies, high definition video recording is also done by the camera at frames like 1080p@30fps and 480p@120fps. The Mi4i has rounded edges and corners while it’s made unibody using a polycarbonate material while the phone looks somewhat like RedMi. The phone is moderately handy and weighs only 130 grams, thus giving you the freedom to use it for long duration of time. 
The phone finds stiff competition from other smartphones like Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE500KL, OnePlus One, Lenovo A7000 while also finds in house competition from Xiaomi Mi4 and Xiaomi RedMi Note 2. When compared to Asus Zenfone 2, the Mi4i lacks in RAM, but otherwise there are no negatives from the side of Mi4i. When compared to OnePlus One the phone has a distinct advantage owing to its dual SIM support and compared to Lenovo A7000, Mi4i has a far better display. Coming to the in house competition, Mi4i has dual SIM functionality compared to Mi4 which doesn’t support dual SIM, while Mi4i supports 4G when matched with RedMi Note 2 which doesn’t. 
Xiaomi Mi4i is the best smartphone that is present in the market for users searching for an affordable and power packed smartphone. The phone has a big display, produces high resolution images, supports 4G and dual SIM thus making it a prized possession for its users.
